another week gone by (how abut my birthday week)

I guess i m running out of headlines to give to my blog stories, I just dont get time to think on it, or sometime i do get time but then i forget it, i never plan on writing blog very much in advance althought i m trying my best tht i do it on weekend. ( i m wondering wht i wrote there)

anyway one dude left my company to join another one, he was working since almost a year now and he never got promotion despite working really good but boss use to recruit from outside when he knew tht this guy can fit in still he dint promote him and in the end this guy got really frustrated and left it. But interesting thing happen when he went to boss and told him i m going and here is my resignation letter, boss jumped on his feet and offered him promotion (wow). but this guy had already made up his mind since he was leaving job not only bcoz he dint get promotion but also bcoz of this boss behaviour he acts weird and puts on pressure (i guess thts part & parcel of every job).And after tht one dude got fired due to some thing so in all 2 ppl left our company. so on friday boss left early for some meeting wht does tht mean for us less work hehehe, so we few ppl (3 out of team of 7, 4 had gone to some conference) so we gathered up and started to have some chit chat and one of them says i had been to one company today for job interview, hola one more going, ya seems this company is heading towards trouble.
Anyway moving on, it was my birthday in past week on 20th July, wht did i do, went to office and came back in evening at home had family dinner thts abut it nothin else was simple birthday at its best just like most i have been having in past due to some reason, i dont know y but somehow my b-day never goes well except for the one tht was 2yrs back one guy accidentalu planned is party on same day as my b-day :). i dont wan discuss my rest of b-days they have been just normal days nothin gr8 exciting.
its been 2mins now and i m wondering wht to write and cant think of anything.except tht weather these days its really awesome bcoz its raining :).
best part abut raining is with regards to travelling, its tht our trains are above the ground and not like metro so they are in open, so when it rains, whole place around rail network turns up to be green and its look such beauty when u look out of moving train, thts anther best part ur trains door are always open not like automatic door tht get closed (thts y we have overcrowded train with ppl hanging on door ;) ). so either u can stand by door or if u r lucky to get place next to window sit and enjoy the view outside, but many times its not tht nice bcoz if its raining u cant keep window open or else u wud be having ur second bath for the day , same with the door u cant stand there for long. Also greener view is not tht constant sometime we get buildings so it disrupts the view.
in the news my friend Mel in USA deliver a baby hey mel congrats pal :) and one college friend called Rups got visa to go to usa, i never knew wht was she upto and a mail suddenly popped up in my inbox a minute back and i was like huh :-o .
