wht to write?

what to write i cant think of anything, other day there was this big article in of the website on blog how blogs r getting famous increasing day by day and many new ppl log on to net and start their own blog and some few lucky people who actually make money out of their blog ( blog is put on site and ads are put on tht site , so they get paid for those placing those ads) i think it happens here in this blogger too, apart from it one part tht made me think was tht author mention tht even if u think u dont have anything to write but when u sit in front of PC things start to come to wht u wan put down and but it doesnt happen with me sometime, most of the time when i m doing other stuff tht time it strikes to me and then i forget or just plain laziness on doin it .
anyway so whts new , one of my friends grandfather expired , ummm ya on this weekend we have farewell party from our juniors looking forward to tht very much, hoping to have blast, this is last party of my students days with my buddies, god knows after tht when will i get to see them all mostly in some business meeting or conference or while travelling we bump into each other so either never and just keep in touch thru mails hopefully.during last few days of my college people got really emotional and nostalgic, quiet few people start to write mails abut they experince and ball of time they had during my studies, never realised when 2yr of business school studies came and went off, feels like we just meet each other and time is up get out start working now and unfortunately many people frm my class have not found job yet, one of the reason y ppl do MBA is job, it is kind of unwritten rule tht if u wan good job with good pay take up MBA simple, and thts wht has happen here, we got soo many insitutes chruning out thousands of MBA each year tht we have mass MBA simply speaking MBA which is suppose to be something that is niche in limited supply, but instead, every tom dick & harry these days in mumbai or in fact whole of india has got MBA , MBA has become just another commodity for all all those recruiters, thts why if u wan take up MBA people wud advise u to go to top rung school or else no use, u can see from my class of 60 people today only 10peoepl have job and rest are still searchin , now thts not the situtation at top b-school, over there every students gets minimum of 2-3job offere if u r really smart alex u mite land up with 5 offers and cream de cream gets posting in USA, UK EU or sigapore and other top notch countries. i knew this from very beginning tht finding job is gone is be tuff task since my institution was not of the those top notch or ivy league's one where companies flock to recruit , still i opted for it and thought finding job is gone be my business ,i still remember many people telling me dont go u wont get job or u wud get job whose pay wud be something like u can get today too without tht qualification, but i still went ahead with it.
we have these call center jobs opening like amazing every day there is add for requirement for call center executive, these are international call center pay is pretty good , work is in night shift and work environment is really cool , all employees r of age of 18-25 full youth crowd and parties r held now & then since job is really high pressure one and i was attracted towards it very much, for tht matter i was not getting admission once in any MBA institute so i had to take drop for one yr i though or may be just start working and forget abut MBA and i was shocked to know there were soo many openings in there and i use to go from one company to another for job interview and they dint use to take me bcoz of my accent or qualification,
y accent? well these call center are international one , so ppl from usa, uk etc places call up and i m suppose to mr tom or mr dick or mr harry or mr john at their help so they need people with neutral accent and i had accent with strong influence of my mother tongue so many times when i use to say english pronounciation would sound not american in anyway so i use to be rejected, couple of time i manage to fool them or those guys thought they can train me and make tht accent go completely thru voice & accent training session but my quailfication use to become hindrance, if u have done bachelors in business with majro in finance & international finance, they gone doubt how long u gone be there with them and i use be fuckk off man i will be there with u y dont u trust me. but i guess god had got something for me in stores.
one day i went for this job opening of back office operation where i wud be hanlding customers from UK thru net or soemtimes thru telephones and guess wht i got job and i was being told to come next day and collect my appointment letter i was happy like heaven and in evening i receive call from this institute tht i have received admission in their MBA programme please come and pay the fees and take admission now i was like wht the heck no wht to do??/ well nothin i took up admission and thought something better is waiting for me after i finish my MBA and i guess it is. some might say tht i m getting pay bit less compare to others, i wud say balls, 50 ppl dont have job and i have one so lets take it dude also plus job profile is amazing , people whom am i gone work with is amazing (my ex boss under whom i did my summer also works there he refered to me for this job) my exboss is damn smart so i jst bank on tht guy i know how much smart he is so i can be sure that other people are just smart as i m.
i guess i made right decision of not going for tht job and getting in this c or d or f grade institute i dont regret it all, most of the time, we dont learn inside school but outside it, thts not just for business school but for all school. i have seen when i was in my hi or jr school way teacher use to talk to me after class and tell me u have some potential y dont u do tht or do this and various other events and competiton tht moulds u into person who can handle and create future more abut tht in next blog.
